All orders, for in-stock items, will be processed and shipped within ten business days. Orders are subject to credit approval and product availability. All items are individually shipped and may not arrive on the same day. Standard shipping and handling charges are applicable to addresses in the continental United States only. Shipments to addresses outside of the continental US will require additional charges.

Priority Shipping via UPS is available for an additional charge. Please allow 2 days for UPS delivery from the time the item ships. UPS is not available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. UPS is not available for P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.

You may return your Franklin Mint purchase within 30 days of receipt of purchase for replacement, credit or refund of the purchase price. To return a purchase, please follow these simple instructions, which are also printed on the shipping document that came with your order:

- To expedite the handling of your return, please supply us with a note, providing the reason for return and the action to be taken.
- Attach the note with your completed instructions and enclose it with the item to be returned in the original package. Carefully repack and seal the package tightly.
- Return the package to us by UPS or Parcel Post. To ensure delivery, you may want to get delivery confirmation.
